Perth is one of the windiest cities in the world so it is the perfect place for water sports that rely on the wind. Our sea breeze comes in late morning to early afternoon generally so it makes for a great activity after work to wind down after a hard day at work. This guy was having a great time at Scarborough Beach on a perfect late afternoon where there was enough wave in the ocean to make for some spectacular air time and high speeds.
My name is Dave Catley and I am a Landscape & Wildlife Photographer living in the northern suburbs of Perth, Western Australia. My wife, Maggie, and I operate a Photographic and Digital Imaging business called MADCAT Photography, through which we create and sell Fine Art Prints and related products. "Our Goal is to capture the natural beauty of the Western Australian landscape, its flora and fauna, through Photography." We have pictures from many of the beautiful areas in and around Perth and the Sunset Coast including our pristine beaches, National Parks and many of our iconic attractions. We also have many pictures from WA's South West and the Coral Coast. To see more of my work please visit my web site...
